HOW THE DEVELOPMENT SITES DESK WORKS
Give the opportunity a clear starting point.
- Define the area and opportunity.
Authorized owners/providers list raw land, a site-specific power/energy opportunity, or gas supply/transport serving an area. State what you control and what is only proposed.
- Separate facts from dependencies.
Include market, acreage or energy/fuel scope, zoning/access, timing and commercial terms. Identify permits, utility studies, interconnects or fuel delivery still required. Do not imply power is available without evidence.
- Review and publish.
Prepare and send the listing email. We review before publication. Approved launch listings are free for 30 days. Keep owner/facility names out of blind public copy and use a market-level location.
- Follow up directly.
Interested developers evaluate title, zoning, environmental, engineering and utility/fuel claims with the provider. We do not conduct diligence, negotiate, hold deposits or earn a percentage commission.
This desk publishes opportunities, not certified developable sites. No buyer response, connection date, permit, fuel deliverability or transaction is guaranteed. All development-site listings are free during launch. The $1,000 optional lead-unlock model applies only to the separately described blind capacity matching service; no new development-site fee is charged by this form.
