Scope and consent
These terms supplement the Terms of Service for jobs, capacity, subleases, gear, ITAD services, housing, RFP responses and paid visibility. By submitting or posting you confirm authority, accuracy, required permissions and agreement to these terms. Submission, payment or email preparation does not automatically publish a listing or guarantee acceptance.
Required information and responsibilities
Provide genuine current details, correct units, conditions and dates. Do not imply authority to sell, sublease, hire or provide housing you do not have. Keep material details current; promptly close filled, sold, unavailable or expired records. Use blind non-confidential public descriptions when appropriate. You are responsible for owner/landlord consent, contract restrictions, licenses, title, taxes, permits, safety, credentials, EEO, pay transparency and all other applicable obligations.
Jobs and housing compliance
Job posts must comply with equal employment opportunity, nondiscrimination and applicable wage/pay-transparency laws; no unlawful preference or exclusion based on protected characteristics. Housing posts must comply with applicable fair-housing, nondiscrimination, accessibility, occupancy, advertising and local lodging/tenancy rules. Do not use crew suitability, travel or occupancy language as a proxy for unlawful discrimination. No fee may be required by us to browse or apply for a listed job. Employers and housing operators—not this venue—are responsible for hiring, payroll, accommodation and their contracts.
Prohibited content
No fabricated or expired offers presented as active; misleading compensation or availability; scams; recruitment fees falsely attributed to us; trafficking; unlawful discrimination; stolen or counterfeit equipment; unauthorized copyrighted material; private personal data; confidential customer/tenant/site information; malware; unsafe or illegal services; deceptive certifications; or evasion of contracts, licenses or rights. We may request evidence, refuse, remove or suspend material and investigate reported abuse.
Paid placements and durations
Paid features are labeled and buy only the placement/service described at checkout. Standard proposed durations are 30 days for jobs, 7 days for job features, 60 days for capacity/sublease listings, 30 days for capacity/sublease features, housing and gear/ITAD features. A five-job pack provides five 30-day posts redeemable within 90 days under its checkout terms. No auto-renewal is implied for packs or one-time listings. A feature does not certify accuracy, guarantee applicants, clicks, introductions, sales, occupancy or hiring.
RFPs and sponsorship
A response fee buys one eligible response opportunity to a genuine open requirement, not an award, exclusivity, client identity, reserved power or a guaranteed introduction. Confirm eligibility and requirement status before payment. Sponsorship needs an agreed issue/date, compliant creative and audience disclosure; a generic checkout or return page alone does not reserve finite inventory. No editorial conclusion is sold.
Refund and removal policy
Once an approved placement is published or the purchased response opportunity is delivered, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to provide the purchased service. Before publication, contact [email protected] for cancellation or correction; any refund decision follows the disclosed purchase terms and applicable law. We will not treat a rejected/unavailable placement as fulfilled. We may remove prohibited or materially misleading content; removal for your violation does not create a refund entitlement to the extent lawful. Statutory rights, duplicate-charge corrections and processor dispute rights are not waived.
Publication and review
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular check, the venue does not verify user claims or endorse listings. We may review and request corrections without assuming every professional diligence obligation. Contact [email protected] to report inaccurate or prohibited content or request removal. Separate inspection, legal, engineering, staffing, lodging and settlement services are contracted directly with appropriate providers.
