BLIND CAPACITY / LEAD MATCH

Inventory stays blind.
Matching is free during launch.

Providers list available capacity privately. Buyers post a requirement free. Matching providers get a blind lead summary by email. During launch, matched leads are free — not a percentage commission.

Listing service only: The MW Desk is not a broker and not a party to any transaction. Parties contract, pay and perform diligence directly. Our fee (free during launch) is for the listing, not a commission on a deal.

How it works

  1. Providers list free. Submit market, MW available, timing, density, cooling and type. Public cards stay blind: “Provider A · Dallas · ~5 MW · 2027”.
  2. Buyers request free. Submit market, MW needed and timing.
  3. Matching during launch is free. Matched providers get a blind lead summary by email at no charge while launch pricing is free. (A flat lead-acceptance fee may return later; it is not charged now.)
  4. We are a listing and lead service, not a broker. Parties contract directly. Listings and requests run for 30 days after approval.
